• Lightweight: GRAPHIC-AL™ LT 3mm is only 0.76 psf which is equivalent to 1.4mm aluminum sheet and 3.1mm acrylic sheet.
• Workability: GRAPHIC-AL™ LT is easy to cut, groove, bend and assemble with regular machines and tools widely used in the sign industry.

GRAPHIC-AL™ LT is composed of two skins of 0.010” thick aluminum and a polyethylene core. Both top and back surfaces are polyester coatings produced in our continuous coil coating line. Both sides are covered with transparent protective films.

PROPERTIES
The panel weight is almost equivalent to 1.4mm thick aluminum and 3.1mm thick acrylic sheets. The thermal expansion is almost equivalent to aluminum and nearly one third acrylic sheets.
RIGIDITY (BENDING STRENGTH)
GRAPHIC-AL™ LT 3mm is equivalent to 2.2mm thick aluminum and 6.3mm thick acrylic sheets in rigidity.
FLAMMABILITY CHARACTERISTICS
GRAPHIC-AL™ LT meets the following standards. UL 94 V-0 and UL 879 approved, as an electric sign component Class 1 or Class A fire rated, as a building material.
Note: Thermal expansion rate 13×10-6in/in/°F means that the elongation/contraction is 0.06” per 48” per 100°F.
GRAPHIC-AL™ LT 3mm is equivalent to 2.2mm thick aluminum sheet in rigidity. This aluminum sheet weighs 1.6 times GRAPHIC-AL™ LT.
