PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

image mate SP 283 is a high performance, water based, screen-printable, pressure sensitive adhesive. It has extremely high adhesion strength and excellent heat resistance for permanent bonding. Ideal for nameplate, overlay and membrane switch applications.

PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES:
A 1 min (28g/M2) dry film of Image Mate SP 283 cast
directly into 1 mil thickness polyester film will exhibit the
following average performance properties when tested on
#304 stainless steel having a #3 surface finish.

APPLICATIONS:
SP 283 can be screen printed through a wide variety of
mesh counts. It can also be transfer coated using a slot-die,
rod or roller coater. Use SP 283 to bond a variety of
