SP 310 Adhesive is a screen-printable, pressure sensitive, repositionable formulation that has uses in the graphic and POP market. This product also has FDA approval, and can be used for direct skin contact in the medical and temporary tattoo markets.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
image mate SP 310 is ideal for both temporary and
permanent graphics that require repositioning and removing
without leaving residual adhesive. SP 310 prints smoothly,
dries quickly and maintains constant adhesion and clarity
even after extended aging.
APPLICATIONS:
SP 310 is recommended for mesh counts of 60 tpi and
above. Its shear-thinning qualities allow a wide range of
mesh counts to be used. 60 to100 tpi are suggested for
irregular/textured substrates. SP 310 can be used for
applications such as:
• Temporary tatoos on skin • Custom labels
• Glass, Plastics, Vinyl • POP Window displays
• Painted surfaces • Metal
• Wood
PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES:
A 1 min (28g/M2) dry film of image mate SP 310 cast directly
into 1 mil thickness polyester film will exhibit the following aver
age performance properties when tested on #304 stainless
steel having a #3 surface finish.
