TEXTAC table adhesive is an extremely popular replacement for aerosol cans.

PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES:
• Retains tack for 200 shirts or more
• Eliminates overspray onto floor, equipment and air
• Water-based, therefore more environmentally friendly
• Non-flammable
• Ideal tack strength to hold substrate in registration
• Will not transfer onto textile garment
• One gallon replaces 4 to 5 cases of aerosol containers

APPLICATIONS:
• Screen printing: holds garment down during printing
• Embroidery: keeps backer in place while stitching

INSTRUCTIONS:

Apply: TexTac can be applied to pallet manually with a
card, paintbrush, or spray bottle. We recommend air
assisted spray units for fine, even coatings. We suggest
applying pallet tape to a clean surface - this avoids
scrubbing TexTac from the pallet. Only a thin layer is needed
for shirt printing; however, a thicker layer may be needed
for fleece, sweatshirts, towels, or other high lint materials.

Dry: TexTac can be air-dried; however, 20 seconds under a
flash unit will accelerate drying. A heavier coat of adhesive
increases tack strength and dry times. TexTac will turn clear
when dry.
